We are based in West Bengal, India, and all our orders are processed and shipped from our facility in West Bengal.
We use trusted and reliable delivery partners:
Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, and E-Kart.
We ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Our typical delivery time is 3–4 business days after dispatch.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
For faster delivery, please ensure your address and phone number are correct.
Standard Shipping: Usually delivered within 3–4 business days.
Shipping Fee: ₹49 (flat rate per order).
Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999.
We accept the following payment methods:

Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)

Wallets and Bank Transfers
Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for selected pincodes
All prices are inclusive of GST.
A digital invoice is automatically emailed to you after purchase.
If you need a GST invoice in your company’s name, please reply to your order confirmation email with your Company Name, GSTIN, and Billing Address.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number.
You can track your parcel using that link anytime.
If your parcel shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours at bellefiaofficial@gmail.com.
Delivery delays can occur due to:
Public holidays or festivals
Unforeseen weather or transport issues
Incorrect address or unreachable phone number
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment charges may apply.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and freebies included.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer after confirmation.

You can cancel an order before it’s shipped by emailing us at bellefiaofficial@gmail.com with your order number.
Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns.
For prepaid orders cancelled after shipping, refunds are processed after the product is returned to us.
